For over 25 years, Kathleen has been an employee benefit, group retirement and individual insurance specialist, advising clients in key areas of their business.  After graduating from the University of Guelph she joined London Life as an Employee Benefit and Pension Specialist where she managed two top GTA agencies. In 1998 she left London Life to pursue an independent practice and has been specializing in employee benefits, group retirement plans and executive compensation ever since.  Kathleen is a founding member of The Benefits Alliance Group – Canada’s largest group of Independent Employee Benefit Advisors.

Since 2016, Kathleen was appointed to the Judicial Appointments Advisory Committee, which recommends judicial appointments to the Ontario Court of Justice.  She has also been actively involved for over 15+ years with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Toronto as "Big Sister" mentor. Additionally she volunteers her time with the Canadian Children’s Aid Society and was the Chair of their 2015 and 2016 Women’s Charity Golf event.

Sarah began her academic career at Nipissing University in her hometown of North Bay, Ontario where she obtained her Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 2013.  She is now pursuing a Masters in Business Admninstration at the Ted Rogers School of Business at Ryerson University.  Sarah's unique ability to merge fabulous customer service with insight and initiative make her indespensible to our organization.

For over 35 years, Fred has been providing financial and estate planning advice for self-employed business owners, designated professionals, executives and families to ensure social and family legacies.

Some of his recent professional accomplishments include receiving the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Award from the Governor General of Canada for his planning with families who have special needs children, for his community fund raising efforts and for Canada. In 2007, he also received the Julia Award from Cystic Fibrosis Canada.
